It does not declare ASA 101 equal to an RYA course, convert certificates, guarantee charter acceptance, or give immigration, licensing, insurance, or state-law advice. Training providers and operators must make their own decisions from current evidence.
If you are learning through a U.S. school, begin with the U.S. pathway and its Region B, NOAA, federal, and Inland Rules context. If your route is RYA-based, keep the UK course and publication context intact.
