Look first
Look at the picture first. The dummy is upwind of you. Then start the alarm.
Direct answer
Raise the alarm, throw flotation and a dan buoy, appoint a pointer, and mark the position. Then use the recovery manoeuvre specified for that yacht and those conditions, approach slowly from leeward, keep the propeller clear, and recover a weak casualty with a planned near-horizontal lift.
