A boat has a Ship Radio Licence and an MMSI. What separate operator condition applies to ordinary SRC-covered use?

Short answer

An appropriate operator certificate, or direct supervision by someone who holds one

The licence authorises the station and equipment. Ordinary operation must be by a person holding the relevant certificate and Authority to Operate or under that person's direct personal supervision, subject to the licence terms and narrow exceptions.
