According to current GOV.UK advice, how far should a motorised vessel stay from marine wildlife?

Current GOV.UK marine and coastal wildlife advice says boats and other motorised craft should stay at least 100 metres from marine wildlife, slow to no-wake speed, and move farther away if the animals show signs of disturbance.
